Beginning this month, every resident-facing digital service must meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The rule codifies practices the agency has piloted across its portals over the past two years.
The rule applies to every service delivered online, including those operated by contractors on the agency's behalf. Agencies have until the start of the next fiscal year to bring existing services into conformance, and new services must conform at launch.
