The agency is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requires of federal agencies.
Report a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need information in an accessible format, tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any. Contact us through the contact page or by phone at 1-800-555-0199.
Our approach
Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test every page, not a final check. We review new features with automated tools and with assistive technology, and we fix the problems people report.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint under Section 508 with the agency's Section 508 coordinator.
